Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or Indian public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer free shipping across India.

Orders are typically delivered within 7–8 working days, except in cases of courier operational issues or unforeseen delays beyond our control.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

SUTRIVAR currently does not ship to APO/FPO/DPO or P.O. Box addresses.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will become active within 24 hours of dispatch.

Damages

SUTRIVAR is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim.
We recommend retaining all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing the claim to assist in the process.

International Shipping Policy

At present, SUTRIVAR does not offer international shipping.
