At SUTRIVAR, we value your trust and strive to provide a smooth and satisfying shopping experience.

• Customers may choose to cancel an order anytime before it has been dispatched. Once the order is out for delivery, it cannot be canceled. However, you may choose to reject the order at the time of delivery if you no longer wish to receive it.

• In the unlikely event that an order is canceled from our end due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be initiated for all prepaid orders.

• SUTRIVAR reserves the right to accept or deny cancellation requests at its sole discretion.

• We also reserve the right to modify or waive the cancellation time window or any applicable cancellation fees from time to time, as per our operational policies.

Refund Policy

At SUTRIVAR, customer satisfaction is our priority. Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect and verify its condition. After inspection:

• You will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If your refund is approved, the amount will be processed and:

  • Credited to your original source of payment (for prepaid orders).

  • A secure payment link will be shared for refunds related to Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

Please note that refund timelines may vary depending on your payment provider or bank policies.
