1. What is SUTRIVAR?

SUTRIVAR is a contemporary clothing brand that celebrates individuality, comfort, and timeless elegance. Each piece is designed with care and crafted to reflect your unique style — because fashion should always feel like you.


2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days and typically delivered within 7–8 working days across India. Please note that delays may occur due to courier or operational issues beyond our control.


3. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping across India on all orders — no minimum purchase required.


4. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We’re working on expanding our reach soon!


5. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. The tracking link becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch, allowing you to follow your package until delivery.


6. Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order anytime before it is dispatched. Once it’s shipped, the order cannot be canceled — but you may choose to reject the delivery at your doorstep if necessary.


7. What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day hassle-free return or exchange from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.


8. How do I initiate a return or exchange?

You can raise a return/exchange request through our support email at mail@sutrivar.in or call us at +91 8825722726.
Once approved, our courier partner will arrange a reverse pick-up within 2 working days (subject to service availability in your area).


9. Do I have to pay for return shipping?

We offer one-time free reverse pick-up per order. If your area is non-serviceable for pick-up, you’ll need to self-ship the product to our warehouse address.


10. When will I receive my refund?

After we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days:

  • Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment source.

  • COD orders: refunded via a secure payment link.
    (Please note: COD charges are non-refundable.)


11. Can I exchange my item for another size or color?

Yes, exchanges are available for size or color changes only.
If you request another exchange for the same order, a two-way shipping fee of ₹300 will apply.


12. What should I do if my package arrives damaged or tampered with?

If you notice that your package is tampered with or damaged, please do not accept it and notify us immediately at sutrivar@gmail.com.
We also recommend recording an unboxing video for a smoother claim or return process.


13. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) options for your convenience.

15. Are there any products that cannot be returned or exchanged?

Yes, selected items such as those purchased during special promotions or final sales may not be eligible for return or exchange. Any such exclusions will be clearly mentioned on the product page or offer details.
