Return & Exchange Policy

At SUTRIVAR, we strive to ensure that you love every piece you purchase. However, if something doesn’t feel right, we offer a 7-day hassle-free return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.

We also provide one-time free reverse pick-up service per order, subject to the availability of this service in your area.


Reverse Pick-Up

  • Reverse pick-up is subject to the availability of courier service in your area pincode.

  • Our courier partner will attempt pick-up twice. If both attempts fail, you may need to self-ship the product to our return address at your own cost.

  • Please ensure that products are returned in the same condition as received.

    • Items must have all original tags and packaging intact.

    • Products that appear used, worn, washed, or damaged will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

To avoid damage during transit, pack the items securely and mention your Order ID and registered mobile number clearly on the package.


Return Process

  1. Once a return request is submitted, it takes approximately 24 working hours for approval.

  2. After approval, our courier partner will attempt pick-up within 2 working days.

  3. After pick-up, it generally takes up to 7 working days for the product to reach our warehouse.

  4. Upon receipt, we will notify you and inspect the product.

  5. You will be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange after our Quality Check (QC) team review.

If approved:

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed directly to the original payment source.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a secure payment link will be provided.

  • Please note that COD charges are non-refundable.


Exchange Policy

  • Exchange is available only for size or color changes of the same product.

  • Once an exchanged product has been delivered, any further exchange or refund will be applicable only after payment of two-way shipping charges of ₹300 in advance.


Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse.

  • Once shipped, the cancellation option will no longer be available.


Important Guidelines

  • Please do not accept the package if it appears tampered with at the time of delivery.

  • Do not share the delivery OTP with the agent before you have verified and accepted the package.

  • We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video for all orders. This will help in smoother processing of returns, exchanges, or claims.

  • Certain promotional or discounted items may be excluded from return or exchange, based on ongoing offers, without prior notice.
